Our main event for 2008 is the Costa Mesa 2nd Annual "Relay For Life" benefiting the American Cancer Society, held at OCC on May 16-17, 2008. Nearly everyone is touched by cancer either directly, or through a friend or family member. This event was a great chance to do something about it! Check out this link for event info on how you can participate or donate to help fund research, or provide assistance for those battling cancer without local support of family and friends.
Our team name grew out of love for one of our own Emery family who has been a persistent fighter of cancer in his own life for years....Mr. Dennis Bowler, fondly known around Emery as "Uncle Denny". Denny is the uncle of Emery's founder, Brad Sarvak.
